Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use sdcarryservices.in or the SD Carry app, browse providers, or place an order or request through them. By placing an order you agree to them.

What SD Carry Services does

SD Carry Services runs a platform that brings independent local providers — shops, bakers, nurseries, gift studios and other partners — into one place, so you can find what they offer, order from them, and, where offered, have it delivered.

Who sells to you

Every order is placed with the provider named on it. That provider sells the products and is responsible for them: what they are, their description, quality, quantity, labelling and any licences the law requires. Product photos are a guide only; brand, packaging and appearance can vary.

Orders

• Placing an order is a request. It is accepted when the provider or SD Carry confirms it.
• An order can be declined — for example if an item is unavailable, the address is outside the delivery area, or the details cannot be confirmed. If that happens you will be told.
• Custom and made-to-order requests are priced first. Nothing is prepared until you have seen the price.
• Each order is with one provider. Items from two providers are two orders.

Prices, charges and payment

Prices, any delivery or service charges, and how to pay are shown on the site or confirmed with you before your order is processed. They may change from time to time, and the amount confirmed for your order is the amount that applies to it.

Your account

You can order without an account. If you choose to create one, you sign in with Google and give us your name, phone number, delivery address and PIN code. Keep these details accurate, and do not let anyone else use your account. You can edit your details, sign out or delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Using the site properly

• Give a real name, phone number and address, and only place orders you intend to receive.
• Do not misuse the site: no false orders, false reviews, attempts to reach other people's orders, or interference with how it works.

Reviews

Only a customer whose order was delivered can review it. Reviews show your first name only. SD Carry Services may decline to publish, or remove, a review that is abusive, unrelated to the order, or breaks the law.

Notifications

Notifications are optional. If you turn them on, we send order updates, offers and announcements to that device. You can turn them off at any time in your browser or phone settings.

Providers and SD Carry

Arrangements between SD Carry Services and the providers on the platform are covered by separate agreements between them. They do not change anything in these terms.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site available and its information correct, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or never contain a mistake. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that protects you.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any problem with us first (see Grievance Redressal); courts in Thrissur District, Kerala have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
