How orders reach you depends on the provider you order from. The provider's page and your order confirmation show which applies.
Local delivery
Groceries and other local orders are delivered within about 10 km of Irinjalakuda, by SD Carry or by the shop itself. Delivery is usually the same or next day, depending on when you order and the time you ask for. Your preferred day and time are a request; we will tell you if they cannot be met.
Courier delivery
Some providers ship anywhere in India by courier. They pack and dispatch the order themselves. Once it is dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear in your Updates (🔔) and in Track Order. Delivery times given are estimates from the provider and the courier.
Charges
Any delivery charge is shown on the site or confirmed with you before your order is processed. For some orders it is confirmed after the provider has seen your location.
Your address
Please give a complete address and a phone number that will be answered. If a delivery cannot be completed because of a wrong address or no answer, we will contact you to arrange another attempt, which may carry a charge.
When it arrives
Please check your order when you receive it. If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, tell us as described in Cancellations, Returns & Refunds.
