Grievance Officer

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt. Please include your order number, what went wrong, and any photos. Where a complaint is about a product, we take it up with the provider on your behalf. The same officer handles questions and requests about your personal data.

If you are not satisfied

You can contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file a complaint with a consumer commission through e-Daakhil. For personal data complaints, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
